Complete a comfortable breath hold for a minimum of 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Comfortable perform a horizontal dive of 50 (164 ft) meters using bi-fins.
Comfortably dive perform a horizontal dive of 35 (115 ft) meters without fins.
Completing two comfortable dives to a distance between 24 (79 ft) - 30 (98 ft) meters. One dive by pulling down on the line and the other by using bi-fins.
Comfortably perform a dive to 15 (49 ft) meters without fins.
Demonstrate correct buddying techniques to a depth between 10 (33 ft) - 15 (49 ft) meters.
Demonstrate correct rescuing techniques at a depth of 6 (20ft) - 10 (33ft) meters.
