The Molchanovs Wave One Freediving course is an introduction to the underwater world in one breath. With this course, you can gain the essential knowledge for Freediving. You will know the theoretical skills as well as the pool and open-water skills. We will go over the physical and physiological aspects of Freediving.
Learn how to breathe before and after a freedive
Learn how to move efficiently through the water by using bi-fins and by pulling on the rope
Learn how to use Frenzal and take equilizations to depths
Learn how to safety and buddy well freediving so you can continue your training after this course
Completing a comfortable static breath-hold for a minimum of 1 minute and 30 seconds in confined water or a pool.
Completing two comfortable dives to a distance between 12 (39ft) - 20 (66ft) meters. One dive by pulling down on the line and the other by using bi-fins.
Demonstrate correct buddying techniques to a depth between 6 (20ft) - 10 (33ft) meters.
Demonstrate correct rescuing techniques at a depth of 6 (20ft) - 10 (33ft) meters.
